- Understanding the various stages of the analytics cycle
- Understand what analyst "good practice" looks like e.g. documentation of analytics
- Understanding how to review, understand and assess the quality of analytics (from a non-technical perspective)
- Obtain practical tips on what to expect and how to build an analytics quality assessment process
